- CORIANDER LEAVES
- CORIANDER POWDER - 2 SPOONS
- GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 SPOON (home made)
- TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 SPOON
- RED CHILLI POWDER - 2 TO 3 SPOONS (as per the taste)
- SALT - 2 TO 3 SPOONS (as per the taste)
For Masala Preparation:
- RAW COCONUT - 4 TO 5 SMALL PIECES
- GINGER - SMALL PIECE
- GARLIC - 4 TO 5 CLOVES
- POPPY SEEDS - 1 SPOON
- CASHEW - 4 TO 5
- ONION - 1 SMALL
