INGREDIENTS:

  1. SKINLESS CHICKEN - 500 grams
  2. OIL - 5 SPOONS
  3. ONION - 1 BIG
  4. TOMATO - 1 BIG
  5. GREEN CHILLI - 2
  6. CORIANDER LEAVES
  7. CORIANDER POWDER - 2 SPOONS
  8. GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 SPOON (home made)
  9. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 SPOON
  10. RED CHILLI POWDER - 2 TO 3 SPOONS (as per the taste)
  11. SALT - 2 TO 3 SPOONS (as per the taste)

For Masala Preparation:

  1. RAW COCONUT - 4 TO 5 SMALL PIECES
  2. GINGER - SMALL PIECE
  3. GARLIC - 4 TO 5 CLOVES
  4. POPPY SEEDS - 1 SPOON
  5. CASHEW - 4 TO 5
  6. ONION - 1 SMALL
