Vegetable Cheese Omlet | Easy breakfast recipe | Healthy breakfast
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Spoons Oil
- 2 Cubes Cheese
- 1 Carrot small
- 1 Capsicum small
- 1 Green Mirchi
- 1/2 Spoon Mirchi powder
- 1 Spoon Dhaniya powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
Step 1: Cut the veggies into small pieces
Step 2: Add salt, mirchi powder, dhaniya powder
Step 3: Add Egg yolks and mix it well
Step 4: Heat the pan and add 2 spoons of oil.
Step 5: Add the egg mixture into the pan, cover it with lid and let it cook for some time.
Step 6: Flip it to the other side and cook it for some time.
Step 7: Add grated cheese and turn off the flame.
Yummy and tasty vegetable cheese Omlet is ready to serve.
